This was a really easy way to add a little more protein to a meal. The texture was slightly off compared to regular pasta but it wasn’t bad. There are some store brands that are a little cheaper but they’re harder to find in my experience.
We love this brand of gluten-free pasta! My wife has a gluten sensitivity so we often get gluten-free pasta. Some brands I really don't like but this brand is fantastic! It holds together and isn't mushy like other gluten-free pasta. Made with chickpeas #glutenfree #pasta
