Love how this tastes! Follow cooking and handling instructions and you will have no reason to give a poor review. I’m honestly getting tired of the Vegan Tax though. Not blaming this company at all, I get that they are small and it’s not “really” mass produced, but darn… let’s get subsidies for compassionate foods instead of industrial farming. Oh. Strangely the packages are not very consistently sized. None are under, all are over the label weight.

This is my new favorite vegan bacon. It is seriously good. I love that it is made from tofu. It comes presliced. I would recommend using a butter knife to separate the slices when it is cold right out of the fridge. It can be cooked from soft to crunchy, I prefer it soft:). The flavor is lovely and can be used in all kinds of dishes. The texture is amazing too. It literally melts in your mouth! #veganbacon

Honestly I tried these when my tiny local vegan grocery store was out of the all vegetarian brand bacon. I’m so glad I did bc it’s delicious!! It’s soy based and very different than a lot of the other vegan bacons on the market but it’s definitely a new favorite or mine. #veganbacon #bacon #breakfast #veganbreakfast #snack
