Authentic korean kimchi

Difficult for me to say authentic or not My partner loved it last year when we bought it whilst I didn’t So gave it another shot this year on my own, but still not a big fun To me the taste is too much on the sour side and has lost its balance, very different from those that I ve had back in China(lived in a small city really close to Korea and had loads import from Korea) Don’t think will buy again but good to have on the market. #vegankimchi #kimchi #korean #authentic
