The best aubergine drip around, -smoky flavour, and good with just about anything. Currently pairing with Rosemary crackers.

A most welcome gift. Thanks to thoughtful family who look for vegan products. We spread this blended aubergine dip on toast with sundried tomatoes for lunch. Excellent. There is a strong smokiness to the flavour which I loved. Initially I thought the gelatinous texture might put me off, but on first taste I realised it!s the natural fattiness of the aubergine when mashed and it tasted great. Highly recommended as a nutritious, quick and easy lunchtime snack or as a pre main course appetiser. #aubergine #mezze #nomeatnoproblem #govegan

This aubergine/eggplant dip is SO GOOD!! It has a wonderful chargrilled flavor to it that makes it extra amazing. So far we’ve had it on a bagel and on crackers. I think it would be great mixed in with orzo pasta or on a sandwich. Highly recommend! Purchased from Sainsburys.
