Aquafaba Powder

When your out of chickpeas and you need some aquafaba for an egg substitute, this does the job well.

This has been on my radar for awhile ever since I discovered the beauty of liquid aquafaba. My co op carries it finally. And while it's not what I'd call cheap, this jar last a serious long time. And my baked good recipes are PERFECT with this stuff. I highly recommend this. #veganisnotscary
