Having had my first Açaí bowl recently, I had to run right out & find some açaí to make those babies at home.. swipe to see my pretty creation.. next time I’ll add a little agave, or maybe get the sweeter ones. Don’t thaw it too much though or it’s just juice. Also super impressed with the reasonable price.
Absolutely delicious! I blend a few unsweetened açaí pouches with a couple of bananas, maple syrup, almond milk, and some blueberries, then I top the bowls with raspberries, blueberries, chia seeds, organic peanut butter, sesame seeds, goji berries, almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts.
