100% dark chocolate is an acquired taste, but once you're used to it, there's no going back. Milk chocolate now feels far too sweet, and even 70% dark tastes as sugary as milk chocolate once did. This bar weighs 90g—down from the original 100g—but it lasts ages, since I only eat a small portion and not every day. The packaging is recyclable. Made in the UK 🇬🇧

This isn’t exactly chocolate that you can snack on, one square is enough for me! 100% dark chocolate is very bitter but having the added texture and flavour of the almond pieces is quite nice. I’m not really sure how I’ll get through the whole bar, I might use it in baking. I’ve used plain 100% dark chocolate to make hot chocolate before but I’m not sure that would work very well with the solid almond pieces in this bar. For £2.59 a bar it’s high quality chocolate that will last ages because you can’t eat much of it at a time!
