Zucchini (V)

A new pizza place in town with four great vegan options in their menu. Super thin pizza bread except for the popped edges that looks super raw and natural. The smell of the sourdough and the heavy cheese base topped with tomatoes and zucchini. Amazing presentation and great taste. Not spicy at all, they’ve got spice oil on the table so pour it all off if you want some flavour. Not too cheap, this costed $24.50 + the service charges. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, outdoor seatings are great for an evening snack out there. Definitely going again to try the other vegan flavours they got.

Thinly-sliced zucchini paired well with tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella and parmesan, garlic and walnut oil. Strong cheese flavour in this pizza. I like the sourdough pizza base around the edge, light and chewy with the occasional burnt bits + the aroma of freshly baked bread.
