Looks so much like the real salmon with even better texture and less fatty

Got this and the previous 2 sushis as part of their nigiri set (pic 2)! Tbh I had high hopes but was mainly disappointed so maybe I should lower my expectations next time to avoid disappointment I haven't had salmon for the past year so the closeness this tastes to actual salmon according to me may be inaccurate but I found that this tastes pretty similar to salmon without the sliminess of raw fish! #veganisnotscary

This actually is Abiru set. It really look like salmon Hahaha! The texture like salmon but don’t taste like salmon! Overall still not bad 😋

A unique dish but the zalmon doesn’t really taste like anything. Probably won’t buy again
