Yellow brick road Sushi Roll

So yummy, it has crispy tofu and crispy kale on top of cucumber, avocado and asparagus roll. Kale was a little too salty, but still delicious! I shared these 2 dishes with my sister and the price was reasonable!

Rice is SUPER vegan friendly. They do an entire vegan pre fix menu as well. Lots of vegan sushi rolls and their whole vegetable list is vegan. Everything is also 100% organic. This sushi roll is delicious with nice crispy blocks of tofu right on top. Inside the roll is avocado and cucumber. Plated on the side is crispy kale chips which are delicious. Highly recommend this place! Very affordable, the prefix menu with I think 5 dishes is only $23. Try the mojito- they use sparkling sake which is delicious.
