Yachae Jeon

A very crisp vegetable pancake 🥞 that was served with a fairly thick, slightly sweet sauce. We enjoyed the crispiness of it and the veggies (not allium free). 🧅 Personally, a little more veggies would have been welcomed. But it was still very nice.

Pleasantly chewy vegetable pancakes with a crisp exterior, dotted with charred bits of vegetables such as shredded carrot and zucchini. 🥞🥕🥒 Came with soy-vinegar sauce too.
