Xoi Man

Very unique dish and for grassroots it has good portion size. Particularly liked the creativeness of the toppings and the plating but wish there were more toppings.

With sticky purple rice, lentil pate, Vietnamese cha lua, pickles, shiitake bacon, burdock floss, crispy shallots, and dehydrated chilli cashews. The flavours and textures were great together. Would definitely order this again.
