Xiang Chun Ee Fu Noodle

Ooh this was very tasty indeed 😋 The #eefu #noodles were eggless, with the #xiangchun and the #soysauce (and surely a good two or three other ingredients) combining to give the whole thing a delightful fragrance and #wokhey ☺️ The sliced #kingoystermushrooms also had this otherworldly char which was so so amazing 😋 It looks like a tiny portion from this angle but rest assured that the plate is a veritable deep dish 😉 To veganise, ask that they omit the cream
