I was expecting this bowl to be very spicy so I asked for medium spice
only, but it really wasn’t that spicy. The eggplant and mushroom were sooo good, and I loved the other vegetables as well. Just wish the onion had been cooked more and the vegetable:rice ratio was a little higher.
