Waldorf Salad

good and healthy, not the best salad I’ve ever had the cashews sauce is necessary, but it doesn’t taste like cheese

I absolutely love this salad. It was very filling. At first I thought the creamy white dressing was the thing that made it taste so good but then I realized it was their home made vegan parmesan (made of cashews and nutritional yeast). A bit pricey but worth it, it also came in eco packaging. I attached two pictures of the same dish. Update: I’ve ordered it at least 8 times and it always tastes fresh and just absolutely delicious.
