Veggie Tostadas

Delicious! Well served with tons of flavor! They have multiple salsas like the mild green and spicy red, as well as pico and guac. The only down side is that their rice is not vegan. The base of the tostadas were piled with vegan beans, grilled mushrooms,bell peppers, onion, tomato, and roasted corn. Topped with pico and lettuce. So good!
