Vegetarian pad Thai with Tofu

I actually was pretty disappointed with this dish! I normally like pad Thai and the other dishes from this restaurant, however, this one didn’t make the mark. I’d suggest to skip this! #happyfood #veganisnotscary #veganuary #veganin2021

Not the best tasting Pad Thai I have had. It lacked in flavour and all I could taste was tamarind. I love this restaurant as they have amazing green curry and Thai basil noodles. However, this dish let me down🙁! The good thing about this dish was the tofu. The tofu was firm, and nicely pan fried! I don’t think I would get this again! #veganin2021
