Vegetarian Mock Grilled Beef Sausage, Mock Shrimp on Sugar Cane, and Mock Beef Wrapped in Herb Leaves

Delicious wraps which you have to make by soaking the rice paper yourself. Has more mock beef skewers (my favourite!) and these interesting leaf wraps with ground mock beef inside and also the mock shrimp on a sugar cane. Lots of noodles and vegetables (pickled carrots and radish, lettuce, bean sprouts and mint) to make your wraps. The sauce is interesting with a sour almost fishy taste to it. A bit messy but if you don’t mind making your wraps yourself, it’s cheaper than getting the other meals with less mock meat. It’s a meal for 2 people!
