Vegano

This was an amazing vegan dish available as part of the daily lunch menu at Piu. It was roasted cauliflower on a bed of hummus with baby spinach and a creme-fraiche-like sauce. The taste was absolutely amazing as the presentation of the dish. It also looked like a pretty healthy and balanced meal.
