VEGAN VENDETTA

So many amazing things to say about this pizza I don't know where to begin. My first impression seeing the abundance of leaves was "looks really HeALthY, lol," the universal euphemistic remark people make when something looks bland and unexciting. But the mix of flavourful ingredients and textures exceeded expectations. The crust was wonderfully chewy, the tomatoes had a smoky taste and the Sicilian pesto was tangy and delicious! the texture of the rice bechamel sauce - pardon the ovo reference but it's just like softboiled eggwhite in a great way, and without the eggy taste and stickiness and fowl cruelty. Good ingredients don't come without a high price tag and it's no different here but I'd say it's worth it.

Vegan pizza containing rice bechamel, sicilian pesto, zucchini flowers, heirloom tomatoes, miso. A very unique pizza that had no cheese, no vegan cheese but just pesto as the base which was a game changer because it truly brought the whole veggies party together. It keeps the pizza base moist enough and makes for an easy eat, not dry like a few vegan pizzas I generally come across. Definitely give it a try
