Vegan Sushi Platter

Vegan sushi? Surely not? But wait. Sushi is not something I tried before going vegan as the thought of raw fish was not a good one. But now I'm eagerly waiting for yo sushi to open again once it's safe! The inari tacos are a heaven send, the teriyaki mushroom burger tastes better than you can imagine and don't even get me started on how FAB the pumpkin katsu curry is. I'd highly recommend going to your nearest Yo! And trying all of the vegan options..but make sure you're hungry when you do because there are lots!
