Vegan Stuffed Garlic Knots

GARLIC KNOTS!!! Where I'm from in NY, all garlic knots are normally vegan bc it's just dough, garlic, and oil, but as I've moved I've seen most places have at least some cheese on top. These vegan knots were super garlicky (the only way they should be!) and had cheese on top AND inside! Fun fact: that's not a pic of me holding it, the menu just has a pic of a hand holding it (for scale?) that looks super realistic lol

So buttery and garlicky, absolutely delightful! Stuffed with vegan mozzarella cheese. These were the best thing I’ve eaten in a long time! I seriously loved them! They are crispy on the outside, soft vegan mozzarella inside, super garlicky & just perfect when dipped in the marinara sauce...definitely try them!
