Vegan Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel

Pickled carrot “salmon” and I assume a cashew “cheese”. Was really intrigued by the carrot salmon after trying tapioca-based fish subs. It was alright and I’d recommend it to try but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it again personally.
