Vegan Pistachio Caramel by Sarah Renson

I don’t know who Sarah Renson is but she’s a genius! This caramel tart was incredible! The crunchy and nutty pistachios paired so well with the deep rich caramel, which to me almost had an alcoholic flavour. The crust was light and crumbly. It was a beautiful pastry overall:) #pistachiolover
