Vegan Pho

Well, I am torn. This was absolutely the best pho I have eaten in Barcelona so far, it really is exceptionally well-spiced, the tofu is so tasty, and there are plenty of veggies to add in the pho. But!! I ordered two dishes from this restaurant and received only one 😢 i got reimbursed by the delivery app, but nothing can fill the void of the food you thought you were gonna eat… #veganisnotscary

This is one of the best vegan pho I've ever had. They go beyond just a miso broth that most other places do and actually make a proper broth with the proper spices and everything. The toppings are also tasty with mushrooms and tofu puffs. Bean sprouts, cilantro and chili sauce are given in the side.
