Vegan Paneer Tikka

Ever since I became vegan, I gotta admit I’ve had somewhat of a craving for paneer. I tried ‘herbyvore’ paneer that I cooked at home but it didn’t taste that good. I probably did something wrong because this spiced and roasted herbyvore paneer skewer with onions and capsicum is heavenly 🌞 Add a bit of the chutney, maybe onions and lime and your mouth will have a flavor explosion 👅 A tad bit expensive but I’d say it’s worth it because of how unique the vegan version is. The main issue I faced is that 3 waiters I spoke to had no clue about the vegan paneer option/the new vegan menu. We also received the regular paneer dish after the order was made with the waiter who knew about the option. Hence, I explained that wasn’t what I ordered. There isn’t a physical menu or indication of the vegan paneer option.
