$20. Spicy scrambled Herbyvorefoods paneer. A bit too strong to eat on its own, but would pair well with breads like paratha. *Jain allium-free version available.

This veganized paneer dish (using Herbyvore pea paneer) was absolutely indistinguishable from its dairy equivalent! I will definitely be dropping by to eat this again. It was delicious :)
