vegan pad thai

This was such a huge portion! And for only 3.50$ if I remember correctly, wow. The chewy noodles and array of veggies were really nice, as well as the abundance of tofu. It wasn’t the most flavourful pad Thai, but some soy sauce and chili helped! Still, it’s a good dish. #noodlelover
