Vegan Ketchup Omelette

I was looking for a vegan omu rice when I was in Tokyo but sadly not as common as I thought it would be. Imagine the excitement when i found this. Texture of the 'egg' was so on point, I was soooo impressed! 🥹

Im not a really big fan of egg but i wanted to try and i was surprised.. its really good! Nothing special or original but tasted similar like egg.
