Vegan K-SO

The spelling tells you it's not the same old queso dip, and the menu lists the exact ingredients (white beans, jalapenos, nooch, canola oil & spices). So you don't have to worry. Just enjoy it. The flavor is great and the texture is perfect. My non-vegan friend loved it too. The chips were light and crisp and super-salty, totally delicious. I love Elmyriachi's wide array of outdoor seating, with covered and non-covered options, and the large selection of adult beverages.
