vegan fry up

Not the prettiest meal, and I think it would have been much more enjoyable if served fresher and with condiments, but overall I did like this meal. The potato latkas, sausage, and fried mushroom and spinach were super tasty, but the tofu scramble was pretty boring. A pretty filling meal.

My daughter enjoyed this meal and liked the sausage and potato rosti especially
