Vegan Fry up

Very filling breakfast option. Would have been better with a tofu scramble

Something for us vegans to eat at the Waterfront.. Deliciously and healthy meals..

I was so glad to find that there are now more vegan options on the menu. However, this meal was somewhat bland, and I felt it could have done with a bigger/additional hash brown.
