Vegan Fried Blossoms

These were really delicious, made with vegan cheese, coriander pesto and avo mousse - highly recommended! Just not sure where the blossom comes in 😉

Wow this was really something else! Such a mix of interesting flavours! Crispy deep fried with a creamy center! Very nice! Defos worth a try!
