Vegan Foie Gras Balls with Truffle Sauce

Another dish where I had no idea what I was looking at😂 This is basically just a deep fried ball with a bit of foie gras-esque filling. There wasn't much filling so the flavor mainly came from the crispy shell, which made it feel heavy. It still tasted fine but not as good or creative as the other dishes.
