
decided to try this for #SeafoodBisqueDay today. didn't find it very crabby but the combo of flavors in it was enjoyable. after eating some as presented, i think i'll blend the rest up to make more of a true bisque out of it. #SeafoodMonth
Includes tofu, tomato, vegan shrimp, daikon, mushrooms, and onions. The broth was so rich and flavorful. The tofu was prepared in 2 different ways. Some cubes was baked/fried style and the others plain, soft tofu. My non-vegan friend actually ordered this, and we both shared our meal. She was so impressed with both meals, compared this with a non-vegan Vietnamese restaurant she went to the prior week, commented that this place is way better and that she was going to come back here regularly.
