Vegan cheesesteak

Delicious, tasty cheesesteaky goodness without the guilt and grease. Sliced, grilled seitan, melted vegan cheese, peppers and onions on a nice, chewy roll. My non-vegan husband and I devoured it! We will definitely be back.
