Vegan Caramelised Onion Baguette

I literally don't think I've ever had more delicious Bahn Mi than what I've had from this bakery. I could literally eat this dish every single day of my life... and possibly every other vegan Vietnamese dish. The roll was crispy, the caramelised tofu in abundance. Literally perfect and super yum. And I had to wait in line... wtf that hasn't happened before, hopefully that was just a once off occurrence.

And Luke's does it again!!! This place is a winner when it comes to Vietnamese.
