Nothing better than perfectly seasoned scrambled tofu with all of my favorite veggies diced up and served with warm corn tortillas. Here’s an interesting fact: rice and beans eaten together provide all 9 essential amino acids. Can you think of another vegan food combination that does that? Very healthy with mushrooms, peppers, green onions and zucchini- flavors mix well. I’ve ordered this breakfast four or five times.
