Vegan Beet “Poke” Bowl

A delicious Greek salad with a twist. Romain lettuce, passion fruit balsamic, tomato, red onion, olives, artichoke, feta and croutons. I would recommend this dish if you enjoy a blend of Sweet and salty.

I was a bit hesitant to try this dish because my experience with beets is an earthy flavor. The actual flavor profile of this dish is amazingly good. You aren’t reminded that you’re eating beets. The flavor profile is a delicious poke marinade and the beet texture isn’t too firm. I was floored by this food experience and would highly recommend this dish to folks that aren’t keen on beets.
