Pretty decent, this was a dish of spiced #whiterice with a 双拼 side of #charsiew and #lobak, two #roastmeat favourites 🙂 The #charsiew had a soft and obliging texture (perhaps too soft for the liking of some), and the #lobak had that smoky, meaty flavour typical of its omnivorous/original version. They used a brown sauce for both types of #fakemeat, instead of the honey-infused sweet sauce that usually you get when it's just char siew 🥲
