VCR Signature Curry Katsu Don

Went to VCR for last lunch before they cease operations indefinitely from tomorrow onwards. The omnipork cutlet was so crispy and tender at the same time. The curry flavor was just right, as it was more Japanese style curry, there was a sweetness to the dish. I do not have a sweet tooth so initially it was a bit too sweet for me. But after a few bites, I no longer feel it was too sweet. Hopefully it will reopen soon.

Rich and creamy curry with a kick of heat. Crispy and meaty katsu. Wa the mayo shiok shiok

Curry had a tinge of sweetness and spice, was creamy and not too grainy. Breaded crust was crispy and light, with juicy and tender insides. Really filling portion!

Tasty curry over omni pork katsu. Topped with greens.

Every friend of mine including omnivores says this is the best curry rice they had in Singapore. Nuff said #crf
