Beautifully presented, very flavorful and delicious

A sushi made with plant-based tuna, white rice, lemon, wakame, scallions, black truffle caviar, smoked pepper sauce. The dish was 3 pieces and costed 12$, so one of the most expensive things we tried. The quality was very high and the dish had a great taste.
