truffle gyoza

Mushrooms, Water Chestnuts, Rayu Sauce These were the BEST gyoza I have ever tried! The truffle is potent & fabulous

The filling is mushroom and water chestnut, but it’s the rayu sauce that gives the dumpling a nice spicy kick similar to mala. Dumpling skin was thick and soft to chew. Tasty and refreshing.

Probably one of the best gyoza I’ve ever had. Beautiful presentation. Inside the gyoza had delicious mushrooms and water chestnuts . 6 pieces for $16
