This actually is a tostada... sort of. Under the mountain of tofu, avocado, lettuce, beets, carrots, and mandarin oranges there are black beans, hummus, and brown rice on a whole wheat tortilla. It's about $15 but can can leave two people feeling stuffed.
Most of their dishes aren't vegan or vegetarian but it's a big menu and about 1/3 of it is or can be made vegan.
It is very tasty and a relatively healthy option but the macro bowl is still the best meal here
