Tortilla patata vegana

I was never a huge fan of egg omelettes but I love their vegan version, so of course I had to order this one. It was perfect texture wise: not too runny nor too dry. I think it had sun-dried tomatoes somewhere as well? Definitely a lovely surprise. I'd repruchase this one for sure. 2,80€

Muy esponjosa. Para mí gusto, con demasiado sabor a verdura. Alguna especia le hubiera quedado bien (pero creo que cambian de sabor todos los días)

Ocpiones para pinchos no faltan en este restaurante vegetariano. Esta tortila, más que aceptable. #freshgreen
