I adore Tompkins bagels. My biggest gluten splurge. Their bagels are thick, yet light and
fluffy - not dense - they truly make the most perfect NY bagels. To strengthen our love affair, these guys make their own vegan tofu based cream cheese; and not just one flavor, 6 flavors! What a dream. I’m partial to the sun dried tomato tofu, but felt like a classic plain tofu today. Hit the spot.
