Tom yum fried rice

This circuit breaker in Singapore has been a challenging time for most businesses. When I’m strapped for time to whip up a meal, delivery is the only way to go. This Tom yum fried rice from Vegetarian Express in Heartland Mall is absolutely delicious. A huge serving if you’re starving.

Massive serving of Thai styled fried rice cooked with vegetarian tomyum paste. Hidden buried in that mountain of rice you’ll find some carrots, peas, cabbage and vegan prawns. The salad on the side is dressed with a bean paste that resembles a light mayo, which I’ve checked is vegan friendly. All in all a lovely meal.
