Tofu Yaki Dry Udon

🇯🇵 #japanese chain of #udon #noodles 🍜restaurants. This is like #yakisoba but udon version. My partner liked this and it tasted nice to me too. I’d like to order it myself some day to try fully. It’s in a sweet #soysauce with carrot🥕, onion🧅, fried #tofu 🫛, cabbage🥬, and spring onion. Love they have a huuuuuge vegan🌱 menu here.
