Tofu with Mushrooms and Vegetable Soup

Their restaurant Pedro e Inês offers vegetarian options which you can request made vegan. My lunch was delicious, an amazing explosion of flavors. The chef used different mushrooms and a sweet sauce. The service is also incredible.
