Filling and affordable meal. Always feel that restaurant tofu scramble add too much tumeric but that’s personal taste. The vegan butter is very sweet and interesting. I definitely recommend adding the mushrooms. Adds umami and balances the dish.

Delicious tofu scrambled with onions, red pepper, tumeric and garnished with cilantro, served with quinoa rye toast. Only complaint is that all their food is too oily, could do with a lot less. #vegansouthafrica #southafrica #corianderlover
